Yoga has been a part of my life for 15 years now. At first, it was quite challenging for me. Yoga was very different from the activities that had been part of my life until then: boxing, weight training and running. These disciplines demanded a lot of strength and endurance, while Yoga opened up a whole new dimension of body awareness, flexibility and inner peace.

From then on, I tried out different Yoga styles and teachers and was inspired by the diversity and depth of this practice. Yoga became an integral part of my life.

In 2020, I completed the Liquid Flow 200-hour teacher training. Founded by Simon Park, Liquid Flow Yoga is a blend of traditional asanas and modern flow combined with a therapeutic approach. I have had the opportunity to assist and co-teach on Liquid Flow trainings and workshops.

Additionally I have studied Smart Flow with Annie Carpenter, Vinyasa with Vinnie Marino, Yin Yoga with Biff Mithoefer, Jivamukti with Klara Puski, Dharma Yoga with Yoshio Hama and Ashtanga Yoga with Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor.

My teaching reflects my practice - Vinyasa Yoga with roots in many styles. My classes are characterized by fluid and dynamic movement, breath awareness and meditation. Blending challenging asanas and letting go. Smart, balanced sequences and hands on assists are key to give the students a sustainable and deep experience. Each class offers space for the connection of movement, breath and inner stillness.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSION

A private lesson gives us the opportunity to customize the practice exactly to your wishes and needs. Whether you are a beginner and want to work on your alignment, or more experienced and want to develop your practice. A private class is also a great source of inspiration for yoga teachers, especially if you are feeling stagnant in your teaching. Of course, you can also team up with several people to book a private class. A class is between 60 and 90 minutes and can take place online or on site. Please contact me for more information.

Corporate Yoga significantly promotes the well-being of the people working in the office.
